The date 2012 is most commonly a reference to the "end" of the Mayan Long Count Calendar. This date has been picked up by a number of individuals. Others attest that ancient Romans believed 2012 would be a historic year. The Ancient Chinese I Ching predicted the apocalypse in 2012. Sixteenth-century English prophetess Mother Shipton is said to have prophesied that history would end in 2012!

Our focus now is on what is called “The Third Temple” or the “Messianic Temple” – the one which the Jewish Messiah will build (Zechariah 6:12-13). The preparations and plans of the nation of Israel to build the temple are considered by certain scholars as insignificant and unrelated to the issue. The desires of the Jewish people around the world mean nothing to them for in their view the Church has replaced Israel as the people of God and as the true temple of God.

A video on “YouTube” shows the building of a special training center for priests who will be ready to serve in this Temple. The Jewish Sanhedrin has been reestablished and their efforts are centered in the reestablishment of the Jewish Temple.
Israel Prepares for War

The largest emergency drill ever to take place in Israel, dubbed ‘Turning Point 3’, began Sunday morning after months of planning. Representatives from 70 nations are participating as observers in the drill, which simulates a war with Hamas, Hizbullah, and Syria that also leads Arabs within Israel to riot and commit terrorist attacks.
