EUROPE WANTS TO RECOGNIZE PALESTINIAN STATE NOW! (reported by Israel Today News)
French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner and Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Moratinos have launched an initiative to officially recognize a sovereign Palestinian state in 18 months, even if negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians have not concluded.

Senior European diplomats cited by Ha’aretz said Israel was informed of the initiative several weeks ago. Israeli officials confirmed that, and noted that Jerusalem has been lobbying hard against the initiative.

Israel argues that handing the Palestinians their final prize before they have fulfilled their peace obligations will nullify the peace process and lead to increased violence. It will also be seen across the region as a victory for terrorism and violent behavior, bolstering groups like Hamas and Hizballah and further destabilizing the Middle East.

Kouchner and Moratinos are said to be preparing a joint article encouraging immediate recognition of a Palestinian state. The article will be published in all major European newspapers.

The church in America, and even worldwide, will hardly notice this article and the implications behind it! Out of ignorance, the Christian church prays for either the "kingdom" to come or the rapture to take place. The reality of God’s timetable is much more profound that any one singular event! Take for example, the following verse:

"And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh" Luke 21:20

Those "armies" spoken of by the Apostle Luke long ago – are all the nations of this present age; including the United States!

Europe’s demanding that a "nation of Palestine" be officially recognized as a country and a peoples is but a small part of something much bigger and more diabolical – the coming "One World Order" that will be ruled by the Prince of Darkness, the anti-Christ himself!

While reformers, word-faith and kingdom theologians foolishly believe this next world’s "kingdom" as being God’s kingdom – in reality, it is the evil one’s kingdom.

Propping up a "Palestinian State" by political affirmation is "dividing the land which belongs only to the Lord God Himself – and this world will, at the appointed time – suffer God’s righteous wrath for thinking that that land belongs to the world instead of King Jesus – the Messiah of Israel and their deliverer.

"Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain." Daniel 11:39

Lastly, even Israel itself – influenced by its leaders who believe, wrongly and foolishly so, that it can barter away God’s land for a false peace – will bring the judgment of their G-d upon their own heads! Over and over again, our Lord has pleaded with Israel and its peoples to trust Him alone and not peace agreements created in partnership with their enemies.

Sadly, in order for Jerusalem to have that peace it so earnestly seeks to experience – Jews will have to face a holocaust far worse than any thing done to them by Hitler, the Axis forces of WWII or even its ancient enemies combined.

Many Jews will die horrible deaths because of their foolish reliance in "peace accords" with the wicked rulers of this world versus faith toward their only true Messiah and Deliverer, Jesus of Nazareth. But, to those of G-d’s children who look toward He alone, Israel’s ancient prophet Ezra cries:

"And now for a little space grace hath been shewed from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage."

Why should the church be paying attention? Because it is our Christian duty to proclaim the coming of our Lord and Great God, Jesus the Christ, who is coming very soon to begin ruling this world with a "rod of iron", judging and destroying the works of unbelievers, delivering Israel from its enemies and to bringing peace to Jerusalem!

"Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences." II Corinthians 5:11
