Who is the Antichrist
"Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time." (1 John 2:18)
Evangelicals expect "the" Antichrist to be revealed in the future, yet there are more warnings about "many" antichrists who are currently and actively plotting evil. John lists two specific identifying factors that enable us to spot these "anti" Christ.
"Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son" (1 John 2:22).
"And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist . . . and even now already is it in the world" (1 John 4:3).
This much is clear. Anyone who refuses to accept the incarnated Christ as the Son of God is anti-Christ. Perhaps we need to see this term in its simplicity. Those who are "anti" Christ (oppose, reject, against, opposite to, before, instead of, in place of) are antichrists!
Peter warns that false prophets and false teachers are also "anti" Christ–and that they may well come from among the Lord’s visible Kingdom.
"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction" (2 Peter 2:1).
Thus, we are told that Satan’s "ministers also |are| transformed as the ministers of righteousness" (2 Corinthians 11:15). No wonder we should have caution. This is the last time (days) and we need to be alert! HMM III

Isn't it odd that the 1,000 years comes from a highly figurative section of Scripture and is the only item in that section of text taken literally? (Assuming you are thinking about Revelation 20.) Why make it literal and the key, the chain and the pit figurative?

I agree with the pre-trib rapture fact. The bible is 100% clear on that, with an abundant amount of scripture and principles.
If I understand you correctly, you are saying that no one can truly know who the AntiChrist (man of sin – 2 Thessalonians 2:3) is.
Would you or anyone else like to spend 15 minutes to find out?
Also, I offer my own approximation when Jesus will return. The bible never says you won't know the year. Only the day or hour.

What i know is there'll be someone who's so powerful who can convince everyone to join him. he'll be the leader of the "Anti-Christ" group. i agree we must be alert and observant to what's happening in our world these days as we know the devil is cunning and deceiving. May the lord lead us from temptations. for now, let's continue to serve and love him even more!

Funny thing… I came to my conclusions concerning the return of Jesus Christ prior to the period of tribulation WITHOUT reading books written by men. No. I came to a pre-tribulation snatching away by reading God's Word alone!
It is better to search the Scriptures daily than to read another uninspired book trying to explain (or, in your case – explain away) what is already revealed by the Wisdom of my Lord.
As far as the "day" being a thousand years… this refers to a period of time when Jesus Christ rules AFTER the tribulation period – a period when this world will, for the only time in its brief history, know true peace. How? Because the Prince of Peace Himself, Jesus Christ, will rule the kingdoms of this world with a "rod of iron."
His coming wrath then, proceeds this 1,000 year period. And, because true believers are NOT appointed to the day of His wrath – we wait and watch for His calling us homeward to His throne!

FOR PRETRIB RAPTURE REPEATERS
Congratulations! You are now fulfilling the Bible which says "Come now, and let us repeat together."
Be sure to repeat what Walvoord, Lindsey, LaHaye, Ice etc. repeat what their own teachers repeat what their own teachers repeat etc. etc. etc.!
Repeat that Christ's return is imminent because we're told to "watch" (Matt. 24, 25) for it. So is the "day of God" (II Pet. 3:12) – which you admit is at least 1000 years ahead – also imminent because we're told to be "looking for" it?
Also repeat the pretrib myths about the "Jewish wedding stages" and "Jewish feasts" (where's your "church/Israel dichotomy" now?) even though Christ and Paul knew nothing about a "pretrib stage" and neither did any official theological creed or organized church before 1830!
You should read "Pretrib Rapture Dishonesty" on the "Powered by Christ Ministries" site to find out why you shouldn't repeat everything your pretrib teachers repeat.
Do I have to repeat this?
