BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A judge has brushed off a Connecticut woman’s claim that L’Oreal Inc. ruined her social life when she accidentally dyed her hair brunette with one of its products.
Charlotte Feeney of Stratford said she can never return to her natural blonde hue, a shock that left her so traumatized she needed anti-depressants.
She says she suffered headaches and anxiety, missed the attention that blondes receive and had to stay home and wear hats most of the time.
A Superior Court judge dismissed Feeney’s 2005 lawsuit Monday, saying she never proved her allegation that L’Oreal put brown hair dye in a box labeled as blonde. The company also had disputed the claim.
Feeney’s attorney, David Laudano, declined to comment and she could not be reached after the judge’s decision.

My father, Kenneth J. Bateman – was the light and navigation engineer for NASA working under contract with the Lear Siegler Instrument Division; and was a major design/contributor for ALL space shots from “Redstone to Challenger.”

Recently, an Obama staff member arranged a low level flyover of an “Air Force One” jumbo jet in the skies directly above Manhattan, New York. Additionally, an Air Force jet fighter was instructed to trail this same jet as it buzzed the city – all for an Obama propaganda gimmick.
Manhattan’s citizens gazed skyward in abject horror as Obama’s jets approached their beloved Manhattan. Many began weeping aloud, still others ran for their collective lives while still others stood in one place – dumbstruck by what they were witnessing – frozen in fear by the still fresh memories of two Muslim piloted jumbo jets plowing into the World Trade Center a few years earlier.
One of the more asinine acts of stupidity ever exercised by an acting President; Obama’s insensitive act of self-promotion begs the question; “Is there any wisdom in this man?” When compared to King Solomon of Ancient Israel – the answer is a no brainer… “No.”
What does Obama lack that Solomon possessed in abundance? Wisdom.

NUKU’ALOFA, Tonga — A strong 7.9-magnitude earthquake struck Friday near Tonga, generating a tsunami with the potential of striking coastlines in the South Pacific, officials said. There were no immediate reports of damage.
The quake struck about 130 miles south-southeast of the Tongan capital of Nuku’Alofa at a depth of 6.2 miles, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
Police in the Tongan capital, Nuku’alofa, said there were no immediate reports of injury or damage.

“Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?” (Proverbs 20:6)
Faithfulness is like a rare and precious gem. It is difficult to find a real such gem, though there are many who will offer their virtues as a substitute.
Moses, however, was one such man.
“And Moses verily was faithful in all his house.” (Hebrews 3:5)
So was Abraham.
“So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.” (Galatians 3:9)
Moses and Abraham were full of faith in Gods Word; therefore they were faithful to Gods Word. The very word “faithful” means “full of faith.”
God is not impressed with those who boast of themselves and their qualifications or who belittle others.

A first grade teacher collected well-known proverbs. She gave each child in her class the first half of a proverb, and had them come up with the rest. Their insight may surprise you.
